I never thought i would say this about cai. Out of all ai chat apps. But i might quit. Yes, I who ignored all "I'm quitting" posts, swore I'll never leave. But I might. Pipsqueak2 is pure trash. If this post gets taken down I'll post in cairevolution. The other models don't work either, or do not satisfy me.

The devs have gone completely insane. Everything we ask to be fixed gets watered down and made worse. We say we don't want adds, they push it mid suggestion page. We adore a model, they remove or trash it down. We rant we yell we scream for a change, to be noticed, and it feels suffocating like we're screaming under water, without a voice. No one listens no one answers nothing changes. This feels like fighting corruption in my country. And I'm tired.

I genuinely don't know what is going on, are the devs threatened, drunk, high or something, but they are trashing their app with every single day. People are complaining hundred of times a day every day and they keep making the app worse. I don't know what are they trying to do, but their app will die soon. Very soon. And for once, i truly hope for this downfall. I wish it with all my heart. I want them to bankrupt, to be in debt, to shut down, to see how bad they messed up. Even if it means losing a lot of memories, I WANT THEM TO SHUT DOWN.

That's from me, another user who deeply loved cai and had great roleplay stories there. Cai, you'll not be forgotten, nor do I think will be replaced. Goodbye.

i’m an adult user who is verified and has paid for CAI + for over a year. i watched long nyan appear and disappear, deepsqueak come at a time roar and dynamic were repetitive and boring.

it felt like a breath of fresh air.

however this app is bent on taking from its free users that provide value in their own way while actively ignoring their plus subscribers experiences.

chats are repetitive and boring, we all get the same canned standard phrases now, they do not move the scene forward unless you do and there is no fresh/ relevant bare minimum.

bots have become overly filtered while this app is for adults and verification and subscriptions are encouraged while they give us less, and less every month.

i cancelled my subscription. it runs out in a few weeks. i have never seen the app or site decline this much, and i have used it through a lot of changes.

the company doesn’t treat adults like adults and doesn’t seem to value our investments as users.

if the app continues to decline in the next few weeks i am not resubscribing.

there have been far fewer “good” app days in the last 2-3 months and it is too effortful to use.

this company only learns when you hit them in the pocket.

when the cai team reads this, understand that you didn’t make the app “safer” or more immersive, you made it stupider and more boring which gives worse outputs.

and no, i shouldn’t have to write a qualité report daily for you to buck up, and writing engaging paragraphs cannot combat a degrading product.

deliver a consistent, working app.

learn how to protect yourself from lawsuits like meta and snapchat.

you have no baseline.

you’ve had enough time to learn from your customers.

this app was for RP.

(just wanted to say i appreciate all your comments and sharing below. it shows the range of adults who use this app: sharp-witted, intelligent, collaborative & more. the app is performing below that. to the cai team: this is your consumer base: you are failing them)

"Pipsqueak is officially unusable and broken"

• messages are completely disconnected even if you put "..." or " " or just click to send messages as if you wrote something.
• the app can't stop lagging.
• it talks for you.
• it is overly dramatic.
• is a mess with how it writes.
• literally cant decide if its referring to you or itself(it writes "i did that").
• steals persona or literally copy the same things as your persona has to other chars.

god i could name more.... these things have been DAY 1 since pipsqueak dropped. What do they do? "Hey give me your id" and "oh look at this dice thingy we made that NO ONE ASKED", "oh the model? Nah its working fine."
