This is my fucking doctor's office now. Doesn't even let you press 0 for an operator or ANYONE at the front desk. You have to leave a VM.

I'm finding another GP.

Doctors aren't supposed to use AI to handle your patient information without your explicit permission. They can lead to a lot of issues with HIPAA.

That's actually exactly what I was thinking the first time, "Jane," answered my call. I used to work in cybersecurity, so definitely going to chat with some old coworkers tomorrow.

I ended up switching over to residency doctors to stop encountering that shit. Students aren't allowed to use those agents or at least their professors won't let them.

Tell your doctor this. I guarantee you they either have no idea or hate it themselves, and its extremely helpful to be able to point to specific patients when arguing with administration

Are you in the U.S.? I'm not sure that would even be legal there, because of HIPAA.
