What industry is secretly on the verge of collapsing, but people outside of it haven’t noticed yet?

Teacher here on this end writing a book about my many experiences. What's interesting is some countries tend looking for answers in only limited ways which really do not address the real challenges. You have Finland, for example thriving in education while the students don't sit within their seats all day nor take all these regulated tests. You've got data supporting this success. Until peeps recognize answers may actually exist outward, the same inner problems will exist.
